What Nordic Walking has done for me – inspirational true stories

50 sports stretch 2What we love most about our work at NWUK HQ is receiving e mails and phones calls from people who simply want to tell us how great Nordic Walking makes them feel and often how brilliant their Instructor is too!

We thought we would share some of the stories with you:-
